Currently, this topic is controversial because Facebook have a problem with their data, and the information of a lot of people was stolen. This information was used for the campaign of Donald Trump. 

This is unacceptable because you share a picture or status only for your friends (depends of your configuration) and not for a company of data. 

Apart from this, my favorite social media is Instagram, because you can to share only photos, still more attractive at least for me. I like share stories with my friends, but don’t post always the place i don't like to be public.

In the same vein, my opinion is the content that you share on anyone social media is the limit. If you share status or photos of everything your day, you are risking your personal information because you are posting every day.

My advice is that you enjoy social media in your computer o smartphone with responsibility, because ever is a risk of that your information to be used for other people.

The last blog

Evaluation of your Blogging Experience

First, I didn’t think the semester would be like this, I really was expecting a strike, haha. So it made me more complicated than I expected. Regarding the English course, exceeded my expectations because on English to, I can’t learned nothing.

As for the blog, I can say that they helped me a lot, I learned much with them. At first I was really lazy and I thought they would be useless. I tried to finish them as fast as possible, but slowly I noticed that they served me for many things.

I learned new words. I learned a little better tenses. I learned better to make sentences consistent. Even thanks to them I reduced the use of translators.

To make the blogs was very helpful that the teacher gave examples, so we had a guide of what to write. Perhaps, I would have liked one of the blogs to be free, in the sense that each one wrote what I wanted. It would be something that we would also like to know more as university colleagues.

Now I hope to pass this course to finish my university studies in English the next semester.

Crisis at JGM

A lot of problems there are in the campus Juan Gómez Millas. The problems are for many reasons. But the most is for infrastructure.

Juán Gómez Millas have 6 faculties, and any have a really good infrastructure. First, in general, the campus is under construction, many spaces are closed. When rains, the open space gets muddy, because en it haven’t cement.

Year after year, are made straights for a quality and free educations, but sometimes, the students mobilize because that. (This year there isn’t still)

For example here, at the Instituto de la Comunicación e Imagen the library is very small. Even, on this year make remodeling, but space is the same. As well, the equipment is few. On this year too, the second and the third year of journalism have the subject of photo. But in the institute there are 8, I believe.

Another important problem at JGM, appear about one month ago. The cleaning staff report that students make parties at the campus on Friday. The problem isn’t that. The problem is instead of going to the bathroom, they make their necessities on the grass.

A Subject I've enjoyed studying this semester

My favorite subject on this semester is radio. This is a practical subject, and I prefer those. I feel like this is best learned. I choose it for the schedule. I have radio on the morning of the Mondays. I like to have class early and take more advantage of the day.

We aren’t practically in the room. Most of the time we are in the studio or reporting on the street. It's my favorite subject because I love having to go and report anything. In the others signatures I have to reporting but no much. Although the pressure of appearing ‘live’ makes me nervous sometimes.

Radio was the most reason because I went to journalism. If I did not like it maybe I would not have followed in the career. At school, I was in a vocational crisis between being a lawyer or a journalist, but I think I chose the best.

Now, I hope the second part of the business (in the second semester) is better and that the other subjects are also.

I choose Juan Cristóbal Guarello. He is a sport writer and journalist and studies his career in the Universidad Diego Portales. On 2011 he won the “Premio Nacional de Periodismo Deportivo”. Guarello born on 1969, in Santiago.

He worked in Publimetro, Rock and Pop, Chilevisión, TVN, TyC Sports and El Mercurio. Now, he work as commentator Canal 13 and AND Radio Chile, he writes column of opinion for Diario As Chile. Besides, is the director of El Gráfico. As well, he has written 5 books of the Chilean soccer history, with Luis Urrutia O’Nell.

I like his way of express opinion. Is direct, he hasn’t problem criticizing. I remember the Copa América 2015 realized in Chile, in it the tickets were expensive, and the food in the stadiums too. He says it; however, the other sport journalists didn’t say anything. The people applaud this, he has reason.

Guarello, although, sometimes be populist, is one of the few sport journalist with a real opinion. If in some moment, I think to be a sport journalist, I would take he as an example.

The feminist movement

We have to understand that feminism is a social and global problem. Feminism is a big problem, it isn’t something small. It is present on all aspect of our lives.

About feminism I don’t read much, but I have become conscience. That started many years ago. I paid attention to everyday things. From communication media, even that I said.

When I was childhood, I saw sometimes the TV show “Morandé con compañía” and now, I can’t see it. The content of it is horrible, use language that denigrates woman. Even, sometimes it is very racist.

In my case, I have become conscience. Years ago, I used words such as “madre” to refer to club Universidad de Chile fans or “monja” to refer to club Universidad Católica fans. And this is wrong, when I take conscience, I felt bad for saying it. But now, it’s not like that and I try to change the other minds, although sometimes it is impossible.

It was difficult to choose a photo, because I don’t like too much that. I choose this picture because I am a fan of Colo Colo. Since childhood I see, listen or go to the matches.  The last time I went to the stadium it was two weeks ago and the next time is this Sunday in the match versus Antofagasta (Colo Colo can be champion).

The photo is from 2014, of the 30^th championship of the club. Colo Colo came from bad seasons, even, in positions close to the second division. We, the fans suffer defeats such as the 5-0 or 4-0 from the club Universidad de Chile, 4-0 from the club Universidad Católica and eliminations of Copa Sudamericana from Deportivo Pasto.

I want to say that this championship was too much special. We took all those losses and were champions. I celebrated it more than the four-time championship, even.
